Showcase Your Products Before, During, and After the Event!

We’re thrilled to offer exhibitors an incredible opportunity to promote their latest products through the New Product Showcase. Here’s what you can expect at every stage of the event:

Pre-event:

Your product(s) will be featured on our Event Dashboard, including your company name, product details, and booth information, giving you valuable exposure to attendees before the event.
A pre-show attendee email campaign will promote the New Product Showcase, driving interest and engagement.

During the Event:

We are pleased to announce that social media influencer Jim Mayer, Founder of The MFG Connector will be joining us onsite to enhance the visibility of this exciting initiative. Jim will be engaging with exhibitors on the show floor, conducting live interviews to highlight their new products and innovations. These interviews will be strategically shared across our official social media channels, ensuring broad exposure to a highly engaged audience of industry professionals and followers.

Post-event:

A post-event press release will spotlight the New Product Showcase and feature the winning products, distributed to key industry media outlets.
Your product(s) and company information will remain accessible on the Event Dashboard, ensuring attendees can continue to explore your offerings after the event.
Winners will be announced on our event website and social media channels, generating buzz and industry recognition.

How to Submit Your Product

Submit your products or services for the New Product Showcase by completing the entry form through the Exhibitor Portal.
Simply search for "New Product Showcase App." to locate the application.

Submission Deadline: April 15th, 2026

Submission Guidelines:

All entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet the product guidelines. Exhibitors will be notified via email within 72 hours of submission.
Each exhibiting company may submit up to three (3) products.
Be prepared to provide the following information during registration:
- Product Image
- Company Name
- Booth Number
- Product Name
- Product Description

Entry Fee: There is no cost to submit an entry.

Eligibility Criteria

Only 2026 exhibitors are eligible to participate.
Products or services must have been released to market within the last 12 months or be available for purchase within 24 months post-event.
Prototypes are not eligible.
Products or services must be manufactured or exclusively distributed by a company exhibiting at this year’s event.
